Diversity and inclusion training:
We offer diversity and inclusion training to all Student Union staff and volunteers. This training helps to raise awareness of unconscious bias and provides tools for creating a more inclusive environment.
Student-led diversity and inclusion groups:
We support clubs and societies dedicated to diversity and inclusion such as Islamic Society (ISOC), Afro Carribean Society (ACS), amongst others. We’re working to launch a number of student-led diversity and inclusion networks, such as the Black Student Network, the LGBTQ+ Network, the Women's Student Network, Post Graduate Student Network and the International Students’ Network. These groups provide a safe space for students to connect with others who share their identities and experiences. Look out for more information coming soon
Diversity and inclusion events:
We host a variety of diversity and inclusion events throughout the year, such as cultural celebrations, guest speakers, and workshops. These events help to raise awareness of different cultures and perspectives.
