You can nominate any academic/teaching staff for this award who you believe fits these criteria:

• Recognises and welcomes the diverse identities of Rave students and creates space in the curriculum for diverse voices
• Promotes a collaborative, supportive and inclusive learning community/environment
• Actively encourages contributions and genuine dialogue with all students on the course
• Creates a motivating and stimulating environment for learning that involves all their students

You can nominate any Rave staff for this award who you believe fits these criteria:

• Cares about your personal wellbeing and shows compassion
• Regularly checks in with students
• Works hard to support students and help to promote positive mental wellbeing and care
• Understands the pressures that Ravensbourne students face at university
• Is knowledgeable about the support services and welfare provisions that they can signpost you to (could be within Rave and/or externally)
• Offers individualised and appropriate support
• Offers support to students during assessments, exams and busy periods

You can nominate any Rave non-teaching staff for this award who you believe fits these criteria:

• Continuously works to develop and enhance the student experience
• Is brilliantly organised, offers great administrative support, and communicates regularly and effectively
• Listens and acts upon student feedback, for example the feedback given by Academic Representatives at Student Voice meetings
• Engages with students to offer advice and support

You can nominate any academic/teaching staff for this award who you believe fits these criteria:

• Teaches in a way that utilises engaging teaching methods
• Transforms the way students see their field of study, and offers exciting and new perspectives about your course
• Is willing to go beyond traditional methods of teaching delivery to ensure the course is understood
• Effectively uses technology and multimedia resources into their teaching practices
• Includes innovative assessment options in their course(s)

• They provide comments to help you build on previous success and to make future improvements
• You find them to be approachable and responsive to students

• They show commitment to the employability, and personal/professional development of students.
• They encourage students to develop their employability skills.
• They give career advice and signpost students to employment or skill development opportunities.

• They use different resources and provide information in various formats.
• They make lecture and learning materials easily accessible to all their students.

• They promote students' voices and encourage student reps (StAARs).
• They encourage student involvement and engagement with curriculum design and delivery.

• The team has gone above and beyond to ensure that you receive the best possible student experience
• This team could include members from: Student Services Team, Student Enrollment, Administrative Services, Facilities Management, Kitstore team, IT, Library services, or any other University team that impacts your experience.
